Under warranty Service Defective battery was diagnosed and replaced under warranty, no questions asked. In and out in under an hour and without an appointment. I’m completely satisfied.

Service completed on time. I have been using this service center for eight years and have never had a problem with service. Everything was done right and on time. Jim Montegue was a pleasure to work with as usual. He gave me a estimated time that the work would be completed and it was. Jim is an asset to this dealership as I have been dealing with him for years. .

Excellent experience withan attentive, experienced salesman. Norman Methe is a great resource for your organization. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He even trudged through the snow so that I could see the color car that I was interested in. I felt no pressure to rush into a decision. I had offers from 2 other Honda dealers in the area but chose Herb Chambers due to the service I received from Norman.

Service - 2014 CRV I have been doing service for my CRV at Herb Chambers Westborough for past year. I am happy with the work on car. They also have coffee and snacks to enjoy while you wait for service. Service was done within the estimated time frame. They also did vacuum the floor. Only thing that was not up to the mark was Car wash. They include car wash in their service but last three services I had at HBW, Car wash was not working. Not happy about that.

Did the work I wanted in the time estimated They did the work I wanted done and within the time they estimated it would be completed. They did an analysis and inspection of other areas and made recommendations for other potentially needed work which they often do.
