New Leased Vehicle I needed to get a new car ASAP. I have owned a Honda CRV for 6 years and knew I wanted another. I called the dealership on Wed. to be sure they had some available, went in Wed. night after work and had everything agreed to and signed before leaving. Fast, easy & reasonable regarding pricing. Got everything I wanted.

Efficient, courteous Everything was efficient and smoothly with the service manager who took care of me checking in every few minutes to let me know where my car was in the system. The only issue I have is a service sticker was not put on my windshield to help me keep track of when I need my next oil / fluids changed.

Great customer service. Minimal wait time. Matt Gonyea is always so helpful. He is efficient and keeps my time in mind. Service is top notch. I travel 45 minutes each way to Westborough because I can count on my service appointments to be done right the first time.

Overall a very positive experience Courteous staff and thorough service along with explanation of what was done and overall condition of my vehicle. Staff checked with me about an additional maintenance item without applying any pressure to get it done right then. He was also good about letting me know the status of when the car would be ready
