Smooth and Easy I went to Herb Chambers Honda because they had the make and model of the used car I was looking for at the best price. I dealt with Ken and he was easy going and helpful. He pointed out the dents and such they would fix and the the new tires which they installed. The trade-in amount was fair and dealing with the finance guy was smooth. Our entire experience was enjoyable and accommodating. We arrived at the dealership without an appointment and requested to see Norman Methe. Within a few minutes Norman arrived and he proceeded very efficiently to outline our options based on the basic description of what we were looking for. Fast respond, good service It’s very nice of Ashley to explain everything patiently to me when the brake problem came up during the regular exam in addition to my oil change service. And it didn’t too long to get all the work done as I expected it would be. So in general good experience.

Oil change & state inspection Had an oil change and state inspection and all went well. Was taken on time and Randy was an excellent service person.Always enjoy the coffee, muffins & donuts while I wait. When the car was ready, Randy explained what had been done and the charges on the bill. Always like the car wash & the interior vacuuming!
