First oil change Happy to see on your website that you did service on Sundays. Jim was very helpful with the service level that I needed for my first service visit.

Fixed sliding doors of Odyssey. I recently had an issue with the sliding door of my 2015 Honda Odyssey where the door would not close. This happened right after a snow storm and during peak winter. Herb Chambers Westborough was accommodating enough to take the vehicle in the Service center after hours. Mr. Jim Walgreen was the service rep working with me. Attention to Detail Jeremy did an outstanding job resolving my under dash vibration/rattle. He took the time to take a ride with me to hear what I was hearing and was able to correct the problem in a relatively short period of time. Abby did a great job keeping me informed during the servicing process. Kudos to both Jeremy and Abby.

The Experience was no where near as Painful as I expected! I found the Jeep I wanted to purchase online at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Ususally, dealing with dealerships has not been one of my favorite things to do, but I was pleasantly surprised with my encounter with the sales staff. Johnny Tang was my salesman, and at times he didn't seem as confident as I would have liked, but he knew where to go to get answers and he never misled me. Wuick and easy and very convenient Jim was very helpfull and very professional. Made my experience quick/ easy and with no headaches. Great experience and just made the entire experience simple and I got my car back quick as possible so I was able to go on with my day.

New car purchase The purchase and trade in of vehicles went very smoothly. Slightly longer than anticipated but the service was great and Mark was very helpful throughout the process.

oil change and tire rotation The check in was very easy. People were polite and friendly. Total wait time was about an hour. It is a very comfortable place to wait - between the coffee and donuts and the comfortable table area to get some work done while waiting made the whole experience pleasant.
