A-1, Brakes, Inspection I waited for my car. They had free internet available so I could work. The service was done in a timely manner with updates as needed. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Excellence When come in for services I always request Randy (CSA) and Steve Dunbar (Technician) as they are so friendly and excellent customer service and gives excellent service. Also i was there for my 11:45 am appointment, ai was out in a few minutes past 1 hour. Steve always takes a few minutes out of his busy schedule to come out for a friend smiles, hellos and hugs. Recall item I was very pleased with the service I received at the dealership. I plan on going back again this week with a second Honda vehicle that we own.
'Fast and Friendly' Service took place at the scheduled time, relatively quick and at the agreed upon price. Nice waiting area with refreshments and internet access. While waiting, I was able to check out some new Honda models without being pressured to buy. Car was vacumed and washed when it was returned.
