Normal maintenance Matt, was extremely helpful during my service. He reviewed what was going to be done/suggested and helped to expedite another issue to be resolved.

Easy, friendly, knowledgeable! I walked in, was greeted and made to feel comfortable right away. Abby is wonderful and is now my new BFF!! She asked the right questions and explained what was going on with my car at every step. It was a very unexpected enjoyable experience - even coffee and muffins!

Smooth, friendly, and hospitable I spoke with Abby as soon as I walked in who was nice and friendly. She explained what was going to happen and gave estimates on how long it would take my car to be serviced. It took about an hour and a half, which was the earlier estimate that Abby had given me. Knowledgeable, patient, tolerant I was able to complete much of the car buying process with "Tia" via email. Very convenient, and minimized the amount of time spent on the sales floor. Sean was helpful and facilitated the buying process. Adam thoroughly explained all of the financial paperwork. Delivery was very quick and informative.

Great buying experience! Had a great experience buying a 2014 Pilot this past weekend. From the moment I walked in the entire process took less than two hours! I worked with Sean S. who was very helpful and easy to work with. Sean answered all the questions I had and was more than happy to do so. Oil Change My experience was great. I have been to the Westborough location multiple times now and I have been serviced by the Service Adviser Matt G. Matt has been phenomenal.
