'Fast and Friendly' Service took place at the scheduled time, relatively quick and at the agreed upon price. Nice waiting area with refreshments and internet access. While waiting, I was able to check out some new Honda models without being pressured to buy. Car was vacumed and washed when it was returned.

On time This dealership is consistently friendly, user friendly, on time, and charges no more than agreed upon. There is coffee, tea and baked goods even in the afternoon. My car is washed after each service.

overall check up and oil change and filter changes I had a wonderful experience your employees were very polite and no waiting when I drove up. Jim explained everything to me and why we needed to do this service. Service didn't take long and checking out everyone at the service desk was so helpful.

excellent service appointment for my 2014 CRV I was completely satisfied in every way this service appointment. My service advisor, Randy Robinson was excellent. He helped me right at the beginning with using some coupons zi had for service discounts. He briefed on the services being provided and approx time frame for wait.. He conyinued to update me as to what was being done to my vehicle and what else should be done at this service and the time frame for completion. Great Sales Help We had a great experience at Honda for both myself upgrading a vehicle and also with my purchase for my son's first car. Our salesman Sean, was patient, helpful and not pushy. As a woman, I'm not a fan of going to dealerships due to the pressure put on me, but that wasn't the case at all. We had a great experience, took a few test drives, had a few hotdogs, was offered drinks, and five hours later had closed on two deals for both my son and myself. Would definitely return and would recommend seeing Sean.

Service Everything was explained to me in detail. Everyone was very polite. Wait time was less than estimated. Driver took me home and picked me up? A very convenient service.

very satisfied I went in for a routine 30,000 mile servicing. I made an appointment, they were right on time. They explained what they were going to do and said it would take an hour. They came out to tell me that an oil sensor something was leaking and they had the part to fix it and it was covered under warranty. This took an extra half hour, but at least the problem was solved immediately.
