Excellent service Everyone is very nice and helpful - great service and is less time than expected. Car was vacuumed and washed and when I noticed it was still dirty, washed again. Service area is comfortable and very welcoming!

Always a pleasure Made an appointment to have the info screen on the dash of our 2014 CRV checked out as it appeared to be malfunctioning. Turns out it wasn't and it was just us not knowing how to program something on it! Despite this fact, Herb Chambers is always ready to help with a good attitude shown by all. Recall Happy with the service. From entering to the service rep. I did not get his name but that's ok. I was only there for a recall. I have been to Boch Honda in Westford MA to try them out ( last Service ) was very impressed with friendly service reps ( 10 out of 10) they kept me in formed what was happening got me a loaner because the service took a bit longer.
