only needed a oil change no reason not to except that I thought it took a little to long and i was expecting a inspection sticker. I asked for it when i got there, but i guess they forgot it. Not a real problem though.

Bad smell Came in to address bad smell . They fixed the problem . No charge. jim was really nice . They told me if I needed anything else to just ask

It was a good experience Feel like a new car! Time of waiting was good. And very nice customer service Had some popcorn and tea. It was a good experience over all.

Overnight to get it right They checked all the safety points and went by the mileage and found that the car needed spark plugs-one wasn't working and they told me early enough, sent the shuttle to take me home and to return when it was done. They also found a nail which they repaired with a plug.

Service I found the service department welcoming, eager to assist, efficient, kept me informed of work needed, and quickly and efficiently completed. The service personnel were polite, and efficient.

Great Service as always I just bought a new car and needed it to be inspected and simonized. Your service department was right on the ball finding all of my necessary papers and offered me a ride home instead of waiting for my car. They were very respectful of my time, Your service folks are a great group and I would recommend them to anyone.

Way over and above. I leased my Honda 3 years ago and Norman was my salesman and this was my first introduction to this dealership. A very satisfying experience and I knew I found a comfort zone. Norman is over the top as a sales person and so helpful.
