Great experience working with Rich Merino We bought a Honda Odyssey several years back from Rich Merino and were very happy with the car and our salesman. When it was time to trade in the Odyssey, we went right back to Rich. Unfortunately they did not have a used car on the lot that we were looking for. David Rocks! This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealership. I was a bit skeptical going in, knowing the reputation car salesmen can have. David was amazing! Professional and Informative I decided this morning that I wanted to trade in my 2010 Honda CR-V for a new car. On entering the dealership and greeted by the receptionist, I was introduced to Tyler Hopkins. After talking and asking my desires on a new car, Tyler found the exact vehicle that would meet my needs. Prompt response to issues with salesperson We had received unsolicited mail from one of their salesperson. After posting a complaint, the GM promptly contacted us and ensure us that we would no longer received these postcards.

Best Service Ever Greg was very detailed oriented, and made sure that I was taken care of in a professional, courteous, and well intentioned manner. He knew the cars very well, and even went as far as working with his colleagues to ensure that I was receiving a fair deal.
