Great service, fast service! Brought my 2015 Civic on for oil change and transmission flush. The work was competed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Herb Chambers in Westborough.

Simple, quick experience This was my second time getting a lease through Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Both times, Norman was my car dealer and he was great. He listened to what I wanted and make sure I got it. (I went during a snow storm and he shoveled a path to the car so I could see it.) Great people, great dealership. I can't say enough good things.

Improved since last year Much better than last year; service agent was prompt, there were sufficient agents available, did not have to wait to check in for my appointment the way I did last year.

Great Service experience This was my first time using Service at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and I was really impressed with the whole 5 star process. I spoke with Matt in Service ahead of time about the problem my car was having and found he was very knowledgeable about this problem and that they needed the car overnight so they could hear the problem when cold in the morning. Excellent Honda of westborough was super nice. Everyone was friendly. I was greeted as soon as I came in. Ken was very pleasant. & Ricardo did everything he could to guarantee I would get a good buy.
