Made it right This is my 5th Honda purchase in a row and it started out rocky. That's how it goes sometimes but what we all hope for is a resolution and someone that will make things right. best new car buy experience ever Brian Pena was my first point of contact and an excellent representative for Chambers Honda. He was friendly, informative , knowledgeable, and professional Everything that was requested and proposed was exactly right at preliminary meeting /test drive and actual closing. Ricardo too was professional and engaging. He spelled out everything that was needed. to be done /completed . I truly enjoyed the experience with both of them.

Matt Strong was terrific! We recently bought a Honda Fit from Herb Chambers of Westboro. Matt Strong was the salesman and he was fantastic every step of the way! He clearly laid out all options, was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was very prompt with every interaction we had. Matt even replied to emails and texts when we didn't realize it was his day off! Toan from finance was quick, personable and thorough.

Great customer service I recently purchased a used BMW from the Westborough Honda dealership. Toan Lam was the finance manager I dealt with and was very helpful and professional. Matt Strong was the salesperson who walked me through the process and stood by me when there was a delay in getting the car to me; he called me regularly and helped get me compensation for the delay.
