Very professional made purchase fast and painless I like most do not enjoy car dealerships. Fortunately my visit to herb chambers honda was excellent. They were honest, professional and most importantly no pressure. I bought a new civic same day. Thanks to Sean and Toan for making it a very good customer experience.

Fantastic Experience I walked in needing a vehicle, but unsure of what I wanted. They listened to my needs, showed me a few different body styles and when I narrowed it down to "the one", they showed me all of the available models. There was no hard sell, only support for my choice. I stayed in my old car for far too long, mostly because I was dreading the buying experience - was I ever wrong. Herb Chambers Honda was wonderful, and David, Jim and Toan were fantastic. I have already recommended then to quite a few people.

Johny Tang Johny was very helpful salesman. After purchasing my new car, he called several times to check that everything was fine. He helped me set up the new technology in my car and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. I would recommend this dealer. -Mary

Exceptional Service I worked with Matt Strong on my very wonderful car buying experience in December 2015, I loved it so much that I took my boyfriend to him in February 2016. Matt is the epitome of what a TRUE car sales man should be - he is responsible, honest and he actually cares about the experience a customer receives. Car purchased was sold twice. I was not going to write a review but thought this was worth sharing. I brought my Niece in to buy a used Honda CRV. She purchased and gave a deposit on a 2011 CRV but she had to wait for the title to come in. We were told it would take about three weeks. Three days before she was to pick up her car, she was told the car was sold to someone else 4 days after she had purchased the car. Kyle is the used car manager that allowed this to happen. Friendly, Professional Service Decided it was time to look for a new car. Having been a Honda family for a number of years now it was natural to head towards that brand again. Certainly not disappointed. Visited Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and met up with sales rep Suzie Duclos. To say she took excellent care of me would be an understatement. The entire transaction was smooth and extremely pleasant. Without hesitation I would recommend both the dealership and Suzie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Fixed Problem engine check light ON Hi I had a problem with my 2004 civic , exhaust senor and a relay , the problem was taking care of and fixed , and didn't take long . I was back on the road within and hour and a half , Pat Fahey Milford, Mass.
