Rich Merlino is great! I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough after work one night simply to look at cars and perhaps take one for a test drive. But I purchased one instead. 3 great sales people Rich Merlino spent upwards of an hour with me teaching me how to operate all the gadgets on my new beautiful Honda Civic. Polite gentleman Matt was never the typical car salesman. He wanted me to be happy with my new car and also the payments! Matt also didn't give up on finding me a car within my budget.
