Rich Merlino Best Salesperson I visited the Honda dealership with my son who was looking for a new car. Rich Merlino made sure my son had Rich's cell phone so if he had any questions he could reach Rich. If I know anyone who is lloking for a vehicle I will make sure they speak to Rich Merlino!

Rich Merlino is great! I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough after work one night simply to look at cars and perhaps take one for a test drive. But I purchased one instead. Mostly because of Rich Merlino. He went the extra mile to answer my questions and address my concerns. 3 great sales people Rich Merlino spent upwards of an hour with me teaching me how to operate all the gadgets on my new beautiful Honda Civic. He was thorough, quick witted and made me even more convinced I had made the right choice in vehicles. The most amazing part was that Rich was not the salesperson who sold me the car! A new car! Went just to look, but due to the overall professionalism of everyone I encountered, ended up buying a new CRV. Felt I got a very fair deal and the best service I could have asked for. Camille and Maureen are great!

Polite gentleman Matt was never the typical car salesman. He wanted me to be happy with my new car and also the payments! Matt also didn't give up on finding me a car within my budget. I knew I wanted Honda, and Matt found a way to make the numbers work for my personal financing. He found an Accord that was in my price range. Matt was also very calm and positive. Excellent first car purchasing experience I bought a 2015 Honda Accord here and worked with David Yang. As the newbie here, of course I knew few things in terms of purchasing cars. David Yang told me a lot with very kind patience. He is really nice and helpful. I test drove a black one and made a decision on this car immediately. positive experience I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I worked with David Yang during the buying process and it was very positive experience.
