The first time I worked with a dealership was where I bought my Honda Civic 06. The service center at that dealership was the worst I had ever had to work with. A friend referred me to Tony at the Honda dealership and although I was very hesitant to work with another dealership, I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and care for customers. The staff at Herb Chambers Honda has been nothing but exceptional. From when I bought my car in August 2012 to when II have to have it serviced. My service manager Tony Ngo has been the ultimate professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is courtious efficient and responsive. A first class organination with first class staff! Mr. Tony Ngo was very helpful and explained things thoroughly to me, from the process of what was happening with my car, to answering any questions I had. He showed me around the dealership, (as it was my first time there) and made me aware of the shuttle service as well. He came out each time he had gotten an update about my car and explained everything to me. Tony was very knowledgeable and very kind. It was an overall excellent experience and I didn't have to wait long at all for my car.

I have been taking my wife's Honda Pilot for routine service and maintenance to Herb Chambers Westborough Honda since I purchased the vehicle there. We live less than 5 minutes from Lundgren Honda on Rt 20 but I choose to take our vehicle to Westborough for the following reasons: - From the time we bought our first vehicle there, they have continued to work hard to earn our business. Tony was extremely helpful, clearly explained the service, and followed up with a phone call in a timely fashion to discuss findings with my car.
I came in for service on my 2008 Honda and loved the Honda 2013 Accord Sport Sedan in the showroom. Met with Anthony and he made it happen for my price and the trade in value of my 2008 Accord. For a young salesman, Anthony has a great skill set in listening, connecting to the customer's needs, and relationship building. He worked with me to meet my price point and I left extremely happy with my new car.
