I purchased my Honda Pilot for Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough in September of 2012. Throughout the whole process I dealt with Tom Kelley. who was great. He worked with me and helped me as I decided which options I wanted to have in my pilot. He was extremely patient and helpful during the process He had a long and labor some process seem not so bad. I would highly recommend Tom and Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough.

My husband and I had the pleasure or worling with Tom Kelly in April of this year. My 2002 Honda Accord Sedan was totaled in an accident on April 7, 2013. I found a dandy 2006 Honda Accord Coupe on the Westboro website. My husband and I went to the Westboro dealership and met Tom. I went to Herb Chambers in Westborough during the month of February 2013 looking for a new car. I dealt with Tom Kelley for my purchase. He was great from the beginning of the sale to when I picked up my car. He made it easy for me by picking me up at my house and brought me to the dealership the day of delivery. On delivery he took me out in my new car and showed me all of the features. He even programmed my very old phone to work with the blue tooth in my new car. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. I normally don't look forward to the car buying process, but he made everything very low-stress and easy. We walked away very happy with the car we purchased, the price we paid, and the overall experience we had. I would recommend Tom without hesitation.

Working with Tom was a pleasure. He is a consultative sales professional, full of great information and a straight shooter. I did not feel any of the typical pressures associated with car buying. In general I was very impressed with Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I will buy my next Honda from there also.
