I worked with Tom Kelly when purchasing my car. Tom was GREAT I would highly recommend working with him. He had a low pressure personality and was very informative. He was able to answer/get answers to all the questions we had and did not try to sell us a product we did not need. He followed up with us after purchasing the car to make sure everything was going smoothly. My car ended up have a small manufacturer braking issue. I contacted Tom to get the process of this going. My sales person was Tom Kelley. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained all of it's features and worked with me on the price. He has great customer service skills and is very patient and also a good listener. I would recommend Tom to any of my friends if they are interested in a new Honda product or a used car.

PURCHASED A HONDA ACCORD FROM TOM KELLEY. HE WAS GREAT FROM START TO FINISH. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR AND ALL MY FINANCING OPTIONS. ALSO, BECAUSE I WORK AN OFF SHIFT HE CAME IN ON HIS OWN TIME TO MAKE SURE THE DELIVERY AND FINANCING PROCESSES WENT SMOOTHLY. HE SHOULD GET SPECIAL RECOGNITION BECAUSE HE WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT OTHER SALESMEN WOULD HAVE DONE. Buying a car -- particularly a new car -- is a huge emotional and financial decision. In order to make the best choice, and feel good about it, you need more than just a knowledgeable sales person. You need someone who takes the time to get to know you... Do you have a long commute to work? (read comfort and fuel efficiency). Are you a mom? (read safety, and maybe 3rd row).
