Tony took care of me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He not only fixed the 2 nails that i had in my tires he also took care of a recall that I was not aware of. Fast service and friendly staff. Highly Recommended

Tony greeted me with a handshake when I dropped off my car this morning at 7:00 am, without an appointment, because my a/c was not functioning properly (on the hottest day of the year). Apparently the condensation drain had become clogged and water was entering the vehicle and dampening the passenger side floor. Overall, my experience at Honda was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very courteous and efficient receptionist and introduced immediately to David Yang. I brought my Accord in for service last week and there ended up being several things wrong with it. I bought this car used and am the 3rd owner so was expecting some issues and Jimmy was very friendly, honest, and very helpful with explaining what really needed to be done first. I had a great experience with Herb Chambers Honda- my salesperson, David, Yang, was very accessible at all times of the day and eager to help me through the process. Almost all of the details were taken care of by Herb Chambers Honda, and I had to do very little work after agreeing to buy the car. The price still remained low despite the incredible amount of customer service I received. I would highly recommend going to Herb Chambers Honda, and especially working with David Yang.

When I purchased my first car from Herb Chambers (2011 Pilot) my sales person Ricardo Oliviera was outstanding. He found the exact car I was looking for at a good price. So, when I needed a second car I did not hesitate to call Ricardo. Again, he found a great car for me in the price range I was looking for.
