I came in looking for a used Honda CR-V and to trade in a Jeep Liberty. I took a test drive with Sam and fell in love. Oh, and I really liked the car too! Sam Hendricks is a great salesperson, friendly and funny and he really went to bat for me. I'm happy with the dealership and the service. What a different experience from other dealerships. This was truly an excellent car buying experience. I have rated the experience with "all fives". I have given the rating I have because I got everything I needed from a car buying experience, and none of what I didn't want in a car buying experience. My experience with purchasing a new vehicle at Herb Chambers for the first time was an exceptional one. This was in a large part to the dedication, courtesy and understanding of the sales personnel; Rich. It was a week long process that ended well. During that period Rich was always available to communicate through telephone conversations and text messages, which kept me updated on the progress. In the end I walked, drove away just before 9 p.m. that evening with a brand new, 2012 Honda Accord Coupe.

I was already sure that I wanted to purchase a Honda Fit. However, Yury was excellent in helping me to confirm this choice and explaining the paperwork to me. I was most impressed that after all the paperwork was finished, the vehicle registered, and ready to be picked up by me, Yury continued to help me. Working with Yuriy was great. He gave me close to my desired price, while being very honest about what to expect. No pushing of of those expensive extras had been used in our negotiation. My overall excellent experience working with dealership was spoiled a bit by me finding some paint dings the next day, which were covered by touch-up paint. Yury was awesome! Got us the exact car we wanted and made it super easy. He is the reason we bought from Herb Chambers! 2 months later we bought a jeep from Herb chambers too because of good service we had with Yury!
