i gave the rating i did because my salesperson Rich Merlino made the experience the most stress free car buying experience i have ever been involved in! its been quite a few years and hundreds of thousands of miles since i have had to buy a new vehicle and Rich Merlino made it easy and enjoyable! Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro is a class act and should be proud of the experience Rich Merlino afforded myself and my family! Respectfully Submitted, Keith A. Lempicki P.S. Rich Merlino was very comfortable to do business with. No sales pitches or gimmicks most other dealers use. He was honest and straight with me and I appreciate that kind of saleman.

We were in need of a new car to replace our 12 year old car. A relative had said how much he liked his Honda Fit. As we approached the Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough showroom, Tom Kelly came out to meet us. We told him we wanted to look at a 2013 Fit. He said there was one on the showroom floor. I came in looking for a used Honda CR-V and to trade in a Jeep Liberty. I took a test drive with Sam and fell in love. Oh, and I really liked the car too! Sam Hendricks is a great salesperson, friendly and funny and he really went to bat for me. I'm happy with the dealership and the service. What a different experience from other dealerships. Sam listened when I told him what I was looking for. I've been at dealerships where they don't listen, and provide poor customer service and rip-offs (notably certain Jeep dealerships).... read more
