My experience with the staff and service of Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro was nothing like I had expected. I'm a young woman and I was shopping alone for a car for the first time, but I knew exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been going to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for many years now and am very happy with their overall service. My car is now over 7 yrs old and running well. They have great hours and a shuttle service which is ideal, wireless access so I can work if I remain there. I have been to a few other service centers but keep returning to this Honda dealer. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Sweeney a few years back, he was professional and personable. The sale went quite smoothly, as I was able to drive away with the car I wanted. Recently, a friend of mine was in the market looking for a Honda Pilot, I did not hesitate to recommend Jim. He was able to provide the same top notch service and she was driving her Honda pilot that same week.

It was a pleasure to return to the dealership for my second purchase from Jim Sweeney: he makes the car buying experience simple, straightforward, and fun. The best part was how quickly he helped me find the right car for my budget without all the back and forth bull that happens at every other dealer. Just over a month ago I visited this dealership with my wife. We worked with Jim sweeney in sales. I told him up front that we were not ready to buy and he did not seem to mind. We appreciated that very much. He showed us a CRV and a Pilot and let us drive them both. He answered our questions, gave us an idea of what to expect to pay and said he would follow up. Rich was friendly and knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest regarding what was available, as well as the features on the cars (we bought 2). He returned all phone calls and answered all questions. Rich made it clear that he wanted the business, and we feel that he presented us with an excellent deal. In short, he made the process of spending thousands of dollars as easy, comfortable and painless as possible. He has continue to make himself available and work on our behalf even after the sales were final.
