I have had my wonderful Honda Pilot serviced at the Westborough Herb Chambers for the past 5 years. There are other Honda dealerships that I drive past to go to Westborough because I have anyways be treated with courtesy and respect from everyone at the service area. Today my car was serviced in the care of Tony Ngo and he was very polite, thorough and made sure that everything was taken care of. My fiancee was looking to buy a new Honda CRV, and was shopping between two dealerships,one of which was Herb Chambers Honda (HCW) of Westborough. The two dealerships were both very close to one another in price, so since HCW was closer to our residence, we went with them. My wife and I went to Herb chambers Honda in Westborough with plans to just look at the new 2012 CRV. Soon after speaking to an extremely helpful sales consultant Yury Menaker we were convinced that we wanted to buy our new CRV from Yury at Herb Chambers. My husband and I just bought a new Honda Odyssey from Norm, and it was the absolute BEST car buying experience we've had. Norm has a great personality and is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and absolutely no-nonsense.
