The expierience was great and easy. Rich made everything easy and quick. Was able to drive home my car the very same day. The sales person was also very nice very helpful and very friendly.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Rich Melino was straight forward, honest, humorous - made us feel comfortable and overall was very easy to do business with. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and the salesman was first rate, the dealership professional and all the staff was welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to all and especially Mr. Merlino.

Rich Merlino has helped with the purchase of two cars, most recently a used Honda Accord. He is a pleasure to work with and I know I can call him at anytime if I have a question or a problem. Recently I did have an issue and he was very attentive and responsive to my problems. I would definitely recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a car!

Rich was very accommodating since day one and that was when I purchased the car right there and then. Not only did he exceed my expectation regarding the entire purchasing experience for the first time but he went above and beyond (and still goes) when it comes to the follow-ups. I cannot thank him enough and I would definitely return when it is time for me to buy the second one.

Rich Merlino was very helpful and sincere. He was not pushy at all and I believe I got a fair price for my new CRV. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Rich and I will come back to this dealer again. This was my first time at this Herb Chambers, as I was a Bernardi customer for 21 years. I recently bought a 2012 Honda CR-V from Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro. He was very helpful and friendly when selecting the car and showed us around the lot to compare vehicles.
