We knew what we wanted and had done a lot of research on the Honda Pilot. The primary reason we purchased with Herb chambers of westborough was Price. Its over a 30 mile ride for us. We have another dealer 7 mile from home - price was the only fActor that brought us here That being said - the first part of the process went well we were given a price that we liked and agreed on a deal. The absolute best car experience I have ever had. Herb Chambers is a class act all the way! Just love everything about this place. :) I plan on always dealing with Herb Chambers for myself and family and friends. Shopped around and couldn't believe how other dealership were. I purchased a new CRV from David G. My experience was very good. Everyone was friendly, and I never felt pressured. I just picked up my car today but so far I would say my experience with the dealer and salesperson was great. It was a fast and easy purchase. Tony came out to my car to greet me and was extremely friendly and efficient in handling my requests. My car was ready far faster than I had anticipated.
I have had my wonderful Honda Pilot serviced at the Westborough Herb Chambers for the past 5 years. There are other Honda dealerships that I drive past to go to Westborough because I have anyways be treated with courtesy and respect from everyone at the service area.
