Tom understood that we were looking for a specific vehicle and took the time to keep us informed of the availability of that vehicle. He didn't give us a hard sell approach but let us know when he unexpectedly found the car. He was friendly and accommodating.

I am from Wilbraham, MA and my husband and I had driven to NC to transfer my 2002 Honda Accord over to my son. He made the experience very positive without feeling any pressure or hassle. We returned to Herb Chambers as our son leased a vehicle there two years ago and he also had a great experience that is why we returned. My wife and I had the pleasure of doing business with Herb Chamber because of Rich Merlino knowledge of the products he is selling. The trip was supposed to be a painful experiences turned out to be a very pleasant surprises. We came way with the vehicle we wanted and saving thousand of dollars. What else can we ask for!
