My wife and I had the pleasure of doing business with Herb Chamber because of Rich Merlino knowledge of the products he is selling. The trip was supposed to be a painful experiences turned out to be a very pleasant surprises. We came way with the vehicle we wanted and saving thousand of dollars. What else can we ask for! Experience was great. He listened to my priorities and got me what I was looking for. The facility wsa the only one that could match what was important to me. The best part is that they handled alot of the final paperwork before I got there and i was in my car and off driving it quickly.

Tom went over the entire car before purchased and showed me all the different colors by taking me through the dealers inventory on site. Once purchased Tom showed me all the features the car had and even help me program my cell phone to work through the car. I can't say enough good things about Tom and the help he gave me. I went to another dealer prior to visiting Herb Chambers and felt more comfortable working with Tom and his professionalism.

Rich was a great salesman. He understood what price range we were trying to fall under. He was very helpful, we actually purchased a vehicle he had suggested. It is our second vehicle with herb chambers and if in the near future we purchase another vehicle we will come see Rich again!
