Experience was great. He listened to my priorities and got me what I was looking for. The facility wsa the only one that could match what was important to me. The best part is that they handled alot of the final paperwork before I got there and i was in my car and off driving it quickly.
Tom went over the entire car before purchased and showed me all the different colors by taking me through the dealers inventory on site. Once purchased Tom showed me all the features the car had and even help me program my cell phone to work through the car. I can't say enough good things about Tom and the help he gave me. I went to another dealer prior to visiting Herb Chambers and felt more comfortable working with Tom and his professionalism.
We had a great experience at Herb Chambers working with Rich. The purchase process was fast and efficient which we really appreciated. So far we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the service we received.
I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. There was no hassling for me to buy a car Mr Sweeney listened to me on what i expected to have for a vehicle and I am a satisfied customer now.
Richard Merlino was an excellent salesman, the moment I arrived into the building he was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles I wanted to look at. He has very strong people skills and is very good at his job.
Tom Kelly was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. My daughter will be driving in May and I will seek him out when it is time to get her a car:) I am a very satisfied customer...I love my Pilot
Rich was a great salesman. He understood what price range we were trying to fall under. He was very helpful, we actually purchased a vehicle he had suggested. It is our second vehicle with herb chambers and if in the near future we purchase another vehicle we will come see Rich again!
Richard has been one of the best sales executive i have met. He is warm, friendly and remembers me as a person, customer. He has been patient and allowing me time to think on my decision and following up at certain occasions to see how am i doing in terms of my car search. This makes me feel important and have so far enriched my customer experience with your dealership. I would strongly recommend him to my friends.
