Horrible, horrible experience. This is a high-pressure dealership, meaning that the sales staff is there to pressure you into something you don't want or need. I didn't buy anything because I recognized their tactics right away and refuse to support such dishonesty. Friendly enough (on the surface) people, but extremely pushy. I'd highly discourage anyone from going to any Herb Chambers dealership.
