Sloppy Service Took van to dealer to have lift gate motor replaced along with a few other items, all under warranty. After 8 hours with my car, lift gate motor was replaced and other items fixed. Upon picking up the van noticed that the interior panel was scratched up and had grease prints. Dealer agreed to replace. After driving away entire interior panel rattled as if it had not even been "clipped" back into place. Very sloppy workmanship. We all know that dealers charge more for service, but that is somewhat of an offset due to the waiting area, a loner car, or not working with someone covered in grease. But the thing that I take issue with is outright dishonesty. During a recent visit for a simple oil change I received the customary and complimentary vehicle safety check. The service advisor came to tell me that the rear brakes needed new pads and the rotors resurfaced. I know Mike personally and Yury was extremely helpful in my selection and purchase of my Honda CRV. They also helped me convert my Honda Odyssey lease into a purchase. I will be a customer at the dealership again !

Mislead and disrespected I was told the accord lx had Sirius XM radio. This and Bluetooth for my phone were the only two features I asked about and the salesman assured me they were included with the car we were working out a deal on. After two days and lots of waiting during the finance part of the sale....I find out as the salesman is walking me thru the cars features before I drive off in my new car. NO SIRIUS XM RADIO. Dealerships are all the same Drove two hours to look at a used car on the lot. Verified over the phone with an internet rep that is was available and made an appointment with her for later that evening. I get there and am immediately told that someone put a deposit on the car before I even drove up and the woman whom I made the appointment with left for the day. Did they call me? Nope. Prejudged and poor attitude This was my second time visiting this dealership, I went to this dealership last year to buy a odyssey, after I walked in I searched for a sales person who was gosling with another sales and he was sort of upset that I approached him.. Huh? I asked him to show me a new odyssey, he said he would look around for 1 and be right back, after 1/2 hour I decided to walk out. Worst possible buying experience This man , made me buy something that I did not want and the pressure tactics used was enormous. They made me finance the bloody thing with them and forced me to pay a higher interest

Herb Chambers took my Car for service and destroyed it After I get the Airbag recall fixed at this dealership my SRS light keeps on coming on randomly. Finally it came on solid so took in car. I was told that the Airbag Sensor is faulty also I need new Bushings and Right Axle. The Airbag Sensor was replaced and the Bushing was replaced. Axle was not in stock and was ordered.
