Don't go here for service. I brought my car in on Don't go here for service. I brought my car in on Sunday. They make a BIG DEAL that their service department is open on the weekend. Them (Adam): you need new brakes, But, we don't have the parts today. Me: You don't have Honda brakes at a Honda dealership? Them: No, but I will be here working Monday and I will take care of it for you then. Me: Uh, ok, then fix it Monday. So, on Monday, I call and ask for Adam to see how its going. This dealer is not honest to customers. Sales people and managers do not have good professional training. Attitudes very bad. On top of that, that prices are way too high than competitors $1500 more for a small car, while they claim providing the best prices. It's sad to see this company does not server its community well. In the end, local customers do business with non-local dealers.

Ugh, what a disappointment. I stopped in to research/test drive/hopefully start to get an idea about potential '09 CR-V inventory. I arrived at approximately 5:15PM on a Saturday (the sales floor closes at 9PM) - walked in just behind a couple who were immediately matched with a salesperson. I really felt very uncomfortable with this dealership. The amount of pressure that they put on you is unbelievable. They try so hard to get you to make a decision that very moment. My husband and I could not get through to them that this was our very first day car shopping and that no matter what they did, that we weren't going to be buying a car that day. Just a really bad experience overall when I went to get some service done on my Honda: - Misquotes to customers in terms for wait time - Called ahead, asked for an appointment. They said come right in and we will take you right away. Went all the way down there and told me the wait time is 3 hours. - Went for a wheel alignment and continued to have problems. They don't mind putting you back on the road after bad or no work. I would defintely not recommend going here, unless you want to be misled and then have sub-standard wo... read more

I had a horrible experience. I came to look at a Fit, knowing already the price and dealer invoice and that I wouldn't get much off. I wasn't there to buy right away, which I made clear from the beginning. I repeatedly said I understand that the cars that you have will not be there long. Still they had to use every high pressure sales tactic in the book. I could not get out of there! It was a nightmare, they picked on my wife, trying to pressure her to buy when it was clear that I was unperturbed by their tactics.

Dealership from xxxx .. this is the worst honda dealer in the world. Pure evil. Just finished writing out the BBB complaint for my experience with them. I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT enter this dealership. These evil guys have so many tricks up their sleeves that you stand no chance. And it all starts at the top: The General Manager, Mike Kelly. The dealership was very busy when I purchased my new vehicle, and I had to come back the next day. Upon coming back the next daynto sign on the dotted line I was made to wait for three and a half hours. I also feel that the salesman was not forthcoming about the status of various processes (telling me when the registration was ready, etc.)

The sales manager behaved like a bully. He was condescending and rude. The amount of money offered for my trade in changed during dealings. Additionally, the cost of a sale or lease changed for the worse. It was very clear that this dealership was not interested in having a satisfied customer. The only positive thing that I can say from my interactions with the sales manager was that he was so offensive, it was easy to walk out and head to another Honda dealership.
