I have never met someone so enthusiastic and knwoledgable about cars as Eric. You can tell Eric has a love for his craft and a desire to help customers get what they want. I felt comfortable speaking with Eric in terms of my budget, wants, and needs out of a new vehicle. My wife and I entered the dealership, Herb Chambers of Boston, we were greeted warmly, with nice energy. Amel Memic introduced himself, asked if he could give us something to drink. He was such a gentleman, and he kept it nice. Gave us a little history of the automobile, and what to expect from the dealership. I was ready to sign.
