I found a used Range Rover on their website, I emailed and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they would not make an exception on their 2 step process of going in and signing the paperwork and then going back to pickup the vehicle. I brought my car to Mercedez for an issue with the fan. They kept it for over three weeks until they resolved the matter. For me, they want to satisfy every customer which is very good.

I have my 2015 AMG GL63 serviced here and the team have been great. Albert is especially caring, thoughtful and honest (to be fair, honesty is not a word that springs to mind when I think of car dealerships) Place itself is always clean, loaner car is ready and paperwork is fast. I don't take advantage of the coffee and pastries, but they are there for those that want them. Albert always wears a smile, no matter what's going on :-) Great guy
