awesome service experience As usual, a great experience at Mercedes Boston. Easy to get an appointment; great loaner car and quality service for my E43. the Service Advisor (Michael) was polite and very communicative. The car was washed and looked great upon pick up. A real quality operation.

Best car buying experience yet! Buying a car with Joel Javier was a pleasure. It couldn’t not have been easier. I am very happy with my new car. Mercedes GLC 300 purchasing experience David Nhan Demonstrated the new GLC 300, we had a test drive and nothing was rushed. I took my time and felt comfortable during the whole experience. We negotiated on price between my trade in and purchase price and found a common ground to move forward.
