Responsive and service oriented without pressure I actually drove from Philadelphia to Boston to test drive the car that I ultimately purchased. The Sales person, Rob Tinkham, was very knowledgeable about the car and worked with me to get the car delivered to my residence. Overall I had a very nice experience with Mercedes Benz of Boston. Great experience Recently I bought a MB 250 GLA, and dealt with Mr. Bertrand Plique. Mr. Plique is a young gentleman, I was surprised by his knowledge of the car, answered all my questions and explained all the functions, he was in no worry to sell, but make sure that I would understand It was a very pleasant experience dealing with him.
Awesome Experince I had the easiest experience ever buying a car. It was easy, no haggling, laid back and no pressure. My salesman , Carlos was awesome to work with and made this a pleasant experience. The product concierge, Rudy is amazing. Any question I had he was able to answer. even after I left the lit the dealer has been great. I would recommend them highly!
Extremley satisfied, Thank you Stephen I bought a used car from this store and spent a long time reviewing on the website. When I came to the store, Stephen was extremely helpful and showed me two different cars. He accompanied with me for a test driving and explained the functions as well as services patiently. New Mercedes acquistion In the process I dealt with both George K and Chip McCarty- both professionals. Chip delivered my new car to Cape Cod and returned to the dealership with my trade-in. Chip gave me thorough instructions on the new vehicle and encouraged me to call with any follow-up questions or issues. A long time employee of Herb Chambers he was most helpful in the transition process. I would certainly recommend contacting Chip and Chambers if you are in the market for a new Mercedes. Great experience purchasing Mercedes Sprinter Van I needed to purchase a Spinter Van for our business. I worked with Todd Whitelaw who did a great job understanding our needs and finding the right van for our conpany.
