Excellent Service!!!!! I came to Mercedes-Benz of Boston to browse the different models available, and ended up with a used car thereafter. Thanh is incredibly easy to work with and provide the highest quality, knowledge for the products.

A car buying experience like no other!! I came to Mercedes Benz of Boston after visitng another Mercedes dealership and not purchasing a car. MB of Boston was not the most convenient to my home, but I had reviewed the MB of Boston website and they had a list of certified preowned vehicles that I was interested in seeing. Never buy a car WITHOUT Georgina being your sales associate! Georgina has become the most helpful person I have ever come in contact with at any car dealership. Thanh was great to deal with My family was looking at pre-owned Mercedes SUV's ... mostly GL450 and ML350. Thanh Nguyen was our contact, and was extremely helpful, informative, and patient with us. We came in with a lot of questions and weren't really sure which model car was the right one for us. Great Experience Georgina was very helpful through the whole process of me getting my new car. Extremely helpful in learning all the features of the car and taking the time to make sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership.
