Keith knows what his customer wants Keith was fantastic!!! Without Keith, I probably would've switched to a beamer for a change. Keith knew what I wanted and crafted the options around MY NEEDS instead of trying to fit me into what sales wanted, a typical approach in the dealership environment. Excellent and Always caring service by Thanh Nguyen! We were looking for a small size SUV with a handle that takes a very small power to maneuver. Thanh knew exactly what car we needed, what options we needed on that car. He recommended and picked all the right options for us in the best cost saving way. Efficiency Is What Will Bring Me Back! I moved an hour south of MB of Boston because I got married and had a baby. My lease was up on my car and I needed to trek up north to discuss options moving forward. I met with Maged and his customer service went way beyond my expectations. I had to bring my three-month old and Maged made turning in my old car and getting my new car an extrememly efficient and a seamless process. best experience ever We arrived at this dealer on Saturday afternoon ,Maged did a excellent job and within hours we bought the car and finished all of the required paperwork. .he is very knowledgeable, patient and spent quite a lot time to go through all of the features on the car and how to use them . He called us several times after the purchase to make sure everything is right. this is so far the best shopping experience we ever had. we will definitely come back for our next car. thanks again for the excellent job.

Another Satisfied Customer It took about 30 seconds to realize that Georgina really knew her stuff when it comes to Mercedes cars. I was a longtime satisfied Herb Chambers BMW customer who wanted to get "Own a Mercedes" checked off the Bucket List.
