Above and Beyond ! Georgina was SO kind and informative. She made me feel as if I had known her for a while, which makes leasing/buying a car a valuable characteristic for me. Delivery of ML400 When we could not locate exactly the ML 400 we wanted in stock Jasmin made it easy for us to build the exact car we wanted and have it delivered in a reasonable time. He intervened on a vehicle already in production to make the changes we requested which shortened the time we would have to wait for it. New 2015 CLA 250 for my wife Georgina went above and beyond expectations for us to obtain this car. She really impressed us by bringing a car out to our home in order for us to take a test drive. Best dealership in Boston! I love my new GLA 250. This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the experience was extremely positive both times! The salespeople and managers don't feel or act like traditional 'car dealers' they let me drive the process. Weren't pushy. Love my new GLA 250 I was looking for a new MB that had features of my SUV and a sedan and there is was, the GLA 250! I worked with Maged who was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with the options that I was seeking. Car shopping can be annoying but this experience was a welcome change. He really took the time to get me the information that I needed and showed me the features of the car. He asked his colleague to begin the training and that was fun. My 4th ML's the Charm I thought it was time to buy something different, but then I met Alex. He told me to give him an opportunity to see what the 2015 ML 350 could do,....and he was right. His enthusiasm for the car, Mercedes, and Herb Chambers was compelling. He had me at the test drive. I love my new ML! If you want to buy a car, you should buy one from Alex Fine.
