A day out with Thanh Thanh was a pleasure to do business with. By the end of the day I thought of him more as a buddy than the "car salesman". He pulled off the purchase and delivery in the same same day, which saved me a 2.5 hour round trip, return trip. Additionally, the inventory at MB Boston was incredible. The variety of high end cars they had to look at and explore made the wait bearable - it was like a current day car museum.

4 MBs in 6 yrs from RobTinkham of MB of Boston says it all 3 new E350's over the past 6 yrs (latest a 2014 used daily) and now a 2015 SL550 replacing a Porsche (hard thing to do for a die hard Porsche customer who has had 6 Porsches) says it all. Georgina was the best sales person I've ever dealt with! I wanted to surprise my wife with a new Mercedes for Christmas. Georgina noot only made the purchase one of the easiest buying experiences I've ever had but went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife with the vehicle. Excellent Experience I recently purchased GLA 45 at Mercedes-Benz of Boston. The dealership is very clean and well organized. My sales consultant, Danubia Constantinou, is willing to take the time to show me the car, test drive and answer my questions. Danubia is very professional and friendly. She didn't give me any pressure when I was stuck on deciding to purchase the car. I had an excellent experience working with her and I definitely recommend to friends.

Purchase of a used GLK350 I must reiterate others' comments, MB of Boston is a dealership that values customer service above all else. From my initial contact with Tanja Gatto( who followed up more than once) to the inordinately patient and knowledgeable salesman, Thanh, my GLK purchase was actually enjoyable. I initially intended to purchase a GLK at another dealership but felt underserved by the salesman and decided to travel to Somerville.
