Bought Pre-owned Certified 2010 ML350 Dec. 2014 Our E320 was now 13 years old and we had been thinking about making a change to a newer vehicle. Salesperson Mike Daly is great I was looking at buying a Mercedes after 10 years of owning a BMW. I was introduced to Mike Daly who couldn't have been better. He's down to earth and patient and we test drove the c300 twice. He contacted me a few times by email, without being pushy or overbearing. When it came down to buying a car between Herb Chambers and another dealer, I chose Herb Chambers in the end due to Mike Daly. Thank you Michael!
