Above and Beyond!!! These folks just do not give up until everything is right and the customers are happy! We found our 7th Chrysler minivan at Mercedes Benz of Boston, of all places! Their Autotrader ad described exactly what we were looking for. Keith and Chris worked with us to come up with a deal we were happy with, and agreed to fix a few things on an otherwise gorgeous van. Awesome Service and Very Hardworking Dealer! I have been to quite a few Mercedes Benz dealer, nationwide! but the service here at Merc Benz Boston was perfect. Bo helped me a lot getting a great deal, she got me great numbers from the manager which I had no trouble signing. There were a few documents required for leasing and she spent 3-4 hours with me working to get things approved and rolling. Rave review I would like to begin by saying that I had no intention of leasing another Mercedes Benz as the lease on my 2011 came to an end. Best car-buying experience yet! My husband and I stopped in on Memorial Day to look at new C-Class Mercedes-Benzes. We were immediately greeted by Sales & Leasing Consultant Yutong Bo, and within under an hour we had leased a new car and were ready to pick it up the next day! Trade-in to buy Georgina was excellent to work with during this car transition period. She was very curteous and professional and tried very hard to make a deal happen. In the end, I was hoping to have some fees waived for turning in my lease early and hesitated to make a deal and then, in the end, decided to purchase an Infiniti from Herb Chambers. I hope she can sell me an S-class one day.

Paulo Castro- 5 Star Experience! I had an existing lease with Mercedes and was considering changing to BMW just for some change. I quickly changed my mind as soon as I met Paulo Castro at the Mercedes Boston dealership. In just one day he had me out of my old car and into a great new one at an amazing price! He worked incredibly hard to get me what I needed and made the process the smoothest sales experience I have ever had. If you are in the market, I highly recommend working with Paulo!

An exemplary experience Herb Chambers was right on when he put up his new billboards. No screwing, no hand wringing, just a great shopping experience. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Bo. Different people, wonderful personalities. There was no urgency to finish the deal. I was able to walk out, think it over and call the next day to complete the deal. An A+ experience.
