Jeff made the process of buying my car easy. During the sales he kept the process moving quickly and after the sale he followed up by finding and replacing a few missing parts (ipod cord and back shade).

Georgina was polite, kind, and clear in her descriptions of the car's features. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. When I told her I ended up buying a different car, she simply congratulated me on my purchase. I will be buying my next car from her (when I can afford the Mercedes-Benz I really want!)

We came to the MB dealership to buy a used C300. We were introduced to Georgina after having an unpleasant experience with another dealer. Georgina was great! She knows her stuff and is very easy to reach - even texting us to ask if we were happy with our car after purchasing. I would definitely recommend Georgina for anyone who wants a genuine car buying experience without the gimmicks!

I recently traded my 2010 GLK for a newer year. Mercedes of Boston had plenty to pick from. The salesman, Thomas Parker, was a pleasure to work with. He was highly professional and took the time to explore all my options. There was no pressure and buying a vehicle was actually a very pleasant experience. This is the 3rd Mercedes I bought from this dealer. The car make is nice, sturdy, reliable and the services calls are great and convenient for me. My first two cars were ML 350. Love them, comfortable and feel the rush when driving it. Since my family is growing, so I got a new spacier car with 3rd row option, GL450 (easy entry and keyless go). My lease was near its end and Mercedes began calling to see if I wanted to trade it in early, which was great in itself! I got in touch with Jeff Tucker. Jeff made the entire experience pleasant and actually alot of fun! He knows his stuff and had everything ready for me when I arrived. I got a tremendous deal, turned my old lease in early and the best thing was the whole transaction was done in about an hour and a half.
