In January of 2009 i happened to be driving by MB of Boston and decided to stop in to see the latest from Mercedes Benz. I was impressed with all of the sales staff going about their business and not attacking me with ( what brings you by today, or great deal on this car today, or can i help you here's my card call me anytime, etc ). Easy car buying experience I just left with my new C300 and I couldn't be happier. I didn't go in to buy a new car, actually was having mine serviced and inquiring about the lease end process. Jeff was personable and suggested he run the numbers to get into a newer car for the same price or better. I didnt' think he could so I said fine go ahead, and I walked out with a new car! best experience ever I have been a client for many years, and I will always remain one, as the level of service and knowledge is unsurpassed. My salesperson Maged kept me informed of the progress of my order and when the can came he showed me the features that I did not know that the car had. 2014 S550 purchase My husband and I have been purchasing Mercedes from Chambers Motors and Flagship for over fifteen years. We have always had a good experience. But, this time was exceptional. Excellent first purchase! I just got my first car from Gina at Mercedes Benz. I'm a student so I didn't have a car to get there. She picked me up and brought me to the store. I bought a GLK250 from Mercedes-Benz Of Boston and worked with Alex Fine. He is a caring sales consultant and did amazing job in closing the deal, getting vehicle of my choice from an out of state dealership and getting the paperwork done ASAP. Alex not only matched the price that I had in my mind, he also helped me in getting the vehicle couple of days earlier than promised date and stayed till late evening to make sure I pick up the car on the day I wanted.
