I have a home in Maine, Florida, and Northern Virginia. By far, this is the best Mercedes-Benz dealership I've ever purchased from with Tampa being the absolute worst. Other dealers (especially Tampa) should benchmark off from this dealership. A+++

I am a true pain and Mark stayed late and worked with me. He was great. He dropped of the car to me and went over everything. Just got my 4th Mercedes from HCMC of Boston - the sales and service that I have received over more than 10 years there is excellent. My sales person is Chip McCarty. He and the entire team there work hard to be the best and they deliver for their customers. The facilites are being updated with customer service and comfort in mind. Don't buy or lease a Mercedes without checking with them!!
