Excellent experience. I would recommend that you ask for Barry Sheff in sales. He was a pleasure to work with and very honest and extremely throrough. I got an excellent trade allowance and a good price on the new car. Chris in the finance office was also a pleasure to deal with....explained all the options....no high pressure...just the facts. I would highly recommend this dealership...an added bonus is that all the inventory is inside so you don't have to deal with the elements.
My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Boston was amazing. Great Experience at Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz! Chadi was our sales person and he was exceptional! He took great care of us from the moment we walked in until we drove off in our new ML. Everyone at Herb Chambers MB was very helpful and made our experience worthwhile.
Why? Because overall my 2 experiences in dealing with Why? Because overall my 2 experiences in dealing with Dennis and his team at this dealership has been positive. They want to keep their customers long-term and not just turn over cars. I would recommend this team to my friends and family and most likely I will continue to work with them in the future.

The first contact with Mark Ames was very positive. From then on the business aspect of buying a new Mercedes through him was not in doubt. Mark brought to us, a car much like the one we wanted and allowed us to drive the vehicle. When our gorgeous Iridium Silver car arrived it was spotless, full gas tank and only 31 miles on it.
