Michael is great but the Machines are trash, every time I drop my car off it comes back with another issue or a noise it was not making before.. and the ladies are super nice at the desk..

If you are a woman and you want to be robbed take your car for an oil change, I paid over 1500 for things I did in less than 3 months, they left my carpets soaked with water and my car woke up with a horrible smell, when I lifted the mat it was all wet, I don't recommend it, take your car somewhere else if you don't want to lose money,

Dealership is great up until they have your money. After that, all down hill. They do not deliver on promised time frames. They make false statements to get you back in then offer their “apologies” when you call them on it. Incredibly inconvenient location and they do nothing to help make up for that.

Horrible customer service, to charge 199 for putting a battery in a vehicle without any prior consent is unacceptable. Notably - they offered to tow my car to their shop - and I bought my car there as well and have given them a fair amout. Of business, but I will never give them direct business again moving forward. BEWARE
Jimmy was great although their reports on the work they was not complete which he had to print for me at my request. He state that Mercedes dose not print out reports anymore. Which I find deficient on their part. When one pay $1400 plus and does not get a detailed report on the work they performed and the condition of the inspected products we feel cheated. The bill states that the car was washed and the front interior was vacuumed. Neither was done. The engine cover had finger prints all over the front and sides. Had a clean them off,

After trying to upsell me with $14,000 of new charges for new tires and brakes for a car I have used for 13,000 miles I will never return . Also having me wait an hour to find out when I could pick up the car was inexcusable.

Your car came to us with 25,900 miles. It had body damage on both bumpers. The car has never had brakes or tires replaced and both are due. Your turn signal lens is also broken which is a violation. We did this inspection at no charge and provided you with a quote to make the repairs. This is what we do. You can accept or decline any repair. All the repairs we quoted are safety-related. It would be irresponsible not to inform you or any client.
They ruined my windshield washer fluid reservoir and placed a wrong cap on the front tyre since I asked was concerned about few other things. On top of all these things my car is under warranty and I drove almost 1 hour for this place

Erika was horrible - did not aknowledge me. I had to wait a while to finally find someone to address my concern eventhough I actually had booked an appointment with Erika!
