Always a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Boston. I have been enjoying their service since 2009. From the sales persons to the service department, including the valet service, and the rental/loaner department. Patrick, my service representative has always been extremely helpful. Even when out of the office, he manages to keep tabs on his clients, whenever we visit his department. Overall a 5 star experience!!
