One of the very few dealers that have a Professional service personnel. Anxiety is not present . Staff is extremely knowledgeable.and reduce the unknown into data. No surprises here nor lame excuses.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. I visited 3 other Mercedes Benz dealerships in MA and none of them treated me as wonderful as their sales agent, Richie Bautista. When I went to this dealership, I was so turned off by Mercedes Benz and honestly was looking to purchase a different vehicle (BMW X5). I enjoy my ride into Herb Chambers in Somerville For service. Here are some good reasons. Drive in Adelson receives you and welcomes you in. Offers you coffee or water. Meanwhile I get a cop of coffee say hi to staff all very friendly. Then Patrick will inform me on my status of my benz. Explains clearly what if any work will be done.
