Great service experience - Brought in for an issue with a recurring error message. We were provided with a courtesy loaner and had great communication from service advisor Jimmy during the repair process. He was very easy to reach via text. Car was returned washed and vacuumed.

I’d highly recommend Mercedes Boston. The service department is top notch, from actually returning phone calls, text messages and follow up. I dealt with them when I had a problem when out of state and they took care of everything. Sneider Limose was who I dealt with each time.
