Ryan, you were a pleasure to work with. Some of the timing between your company and my agent was off a bit but not much you could do about that . Detailing was good. So thank you for making this an enjoyable experience- I find that unusual with most dealers I have dealt with.

The service center is always very clean and efficient I want to give a shout out to Albert Berisha, always polite , attentive, knowledgeable He seems to understand what the issues are with my car. Always make sure my car is ready when I need it. I think the management team needs to congratulate him for " job well done !!!" to encourage the other service personnel . That is the reason I stay with Benz and this service center since they are opened
