Excellent service and communication. Drop off was efficient, loaner car was nice and frequent calls and text as the car was serviced was much appreciated.

I live only 5 miles from a Mercedes dealership but I make it a point to travel 20 miles to Mercedes - Benz of Boston because of their excellent service.
