We had a great, stress-free experience buying our car, particularly with Eric's help. He made the whole process headache free. We've been looking for a few months now for the perfect car so our kids (ages 8 and 5) were getting so sick of spending every weekend in dealerships. Eric didn't waste our time, he had us in and out as quickly as he could and had a great attitude toward my kids. Thank you, Eric!! We would definitely work with him again.

I have been servicing mine and family’s Mercedes vehicles and MB of Boston since 2014 with Patrick Titshaw. Their customer service continues to remain excellent to this day. My last service was an oil change on my 2013 MB C350. I worked with Patrick Titshaw again and I can’t stress enough how helpful and responsive Patrick has been.
