Jhonathon went above and beyond in my S coupe purchase. He answered all my questions AND provided helpful advice. This is the second Benz I have purchased from Jhon. He was great on the first car and even better on this. Like Herb's billboards say " he didn't sell me the car, he helped me buy it". Even after the sale, he is continuing to help me with my new purchase. Jhon made it a terrific experience!

The vehicle was brought in for 40K maintenance, 2 outstanding recalls and 1 software related problem. A loaner was provided and the experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. Everyone was on top of things from the moment I arrived at the service area. Welcome staff, service technician, loaner staff... all welcomed me and provided their best service. I strongly recommend the service department of this dealership.
